At 7STEPS JUDOKWAI in derby we offer 1st class Judo training at the Rolls-royce pavilion, Moor lane, DE24 9HY. We run classes for seniors, Juniors and beginners are always welcomed. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping you improve your skills and reach your full potential. Our professional training facility is fully air conditioned with access to showers, changing rooms and on site members gym.

Coaches at 7STEPS have all the necessary coaching badges and qualifications. 7STEPS JUDOKWAI'S training dojo is based at the Derby Rolls-royce pavilion, be assured that with 7STEPS/Rolls royce the facilities are 1st class.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to a Judo class?

Make sure to remove all jewelry and tie back long hair. We have judo gi's that beginners cam borrow from us.

Do I need any prior experience to join?

No prior experience is required to join our beginner classes. Our instructors will guide you through the basics and help you progress at your own pace.

What ages do you teach?

We teach juniors from 7yrs of age. Seniors start from 16yrs and over.

How much are judo classes?

Seniors - £5

Juniors - £4

1st session free!

Can I grade for new belts?

Yes, at 7steps we grade students in house throughout the year. We follow the bja curriculum so that each student meets the acquired level.
